We take over the planning process 4 weeks prior to your wedding day. We will immediately schedule a phone or zoom meeting to go over the details and timeline to ensure a smooth transition. We will meet again via phone 2 weeks and 1 week before your wedding to go over the final details. We contact your vendors to introduce ourselves as the point of contact and obtain details that will make sure to they shine on your wedding day. We coordinate the wedding rehearsal and the day of the wedding is when we really prove our worth. We coordinate with the photographer/videographer to ensure you and your wedding party are ready for pre ceremony pictures, most importantly we coordinate the ceremony to ensure it starts on time. You will receive two timelines, one for the wedding party and one for the vendors.
