Day of Package (Associate Planner)

You will meet with an Associate Planner 4 weeks before your wedding day to create the timeline, floor plan  and procession order. We contact your vendors to introduce ourselves and create a vendor and wedding party timeline. On the day of your wedding we work 10 hours, you determine our start time.  We make sure you are ready for pictures, line up everyone for the procession and ensure the ceremony starts on time. During the cocktail hour we work closely with your photographer to ensure wedding party and family pictures is a smooth process. We work with your DJ and photographer during the reception to coordinate your reception introduction, first dance, parent dances, toasts, cake cutting, and bouquet/garter toss.
