4 weeks before the big day:
With our Day-Of Management package, you can rest assured that your wedding day will run smoothly. Our Associate Planner will meet with you 4 weeks before your wedding to create a detailed timeline, floor plan, and procession order, and we'll handle communication with your vendors to ensure everyone is on the same page. On the big day, we'll be there for up to 10 hours, starting at a time of your choosing, to make sure everything goes according to plan. Leave the stress and coordination to us and enjoy your special day!

Contacting your vendors to introduce ourselves as the point of contact and obtain details that will make sure to they shine on your wedding day

Creating a vendor and wedding party timeline

Making sure you are ready for pictures, lining up everyone for the procession, and ensuring the ceremony starts on time

Working with your photographer to ensure the wedding party and family pictures are a smooth process

Coordinating with your DJ and photographer during the reception to coordinate your reception introduction, first dance, parent dances, toasts, cake cutting, and bouquet/garter toss
