We'll work with you to:

Attend (up to 3) consultations with you & your wedding professionals to ensure they are effective in their planning & organization

At the reception, we partner with your DJ to coordinate every important moment

You will receive two timelines: one for your wedding party & one for your vendors
We'll take care of:

Contacting your vendors & maintain consistent contact with them throughout the planning process

Coordinating the wedding rehearsal & day-of the wedding (this is when we really prove our worth!)

Decor set-up for the ceremony & reception

Photographer/videographer coordination to ensure you & your wedding party are ready for pre-ceremony pictures
