We'll handle everything from contacting vendors and coordinating the wedding rehearsal to running the day-of coordination on the big day. We offer customizable planning packages to fit your specific needs and budget. Our pricing ranges from $1,250 to $6,000, depending on the level of service and support you require.

4-6 weeks before the big day:

We'll schedule a phone or Zoom meeting with you to discuss the details and timeline of your wedding

Our list of referred vendor recommendations (if needed)

We will also schedule two more in-person meetings: venue walk-thru & rehearsal time (as needed)

We'll create and deliver the final itinerary 10 days prior to the vendors

Event Day Management: A coordinator and assistant are assigned to manage vendors, guests, activities and/or the bridal party

Our goal is to provide you with peace of mind and to ensure that your wedding day runs seamlessly.
We'll take care of:

Contacting your vendors to introduce ourselves as the point of contact and obtain details that will make sure to they shine on your wedding day

Coordinating the wedding rehearsal & day-of the wedding (this is when we really prove our worth!)

Decor setup/breakdown assistance for ceremony and reception

Photographer/videographer coordination to ensure you & your wedding party are ready for pre-ceremony pictures

Two detailed wedding timelines (one for the wedding party and one for your vendors)

Most importantly, we coordinate the ceremony & ensure it starts on time!
